1. GENERAL
Evolution Dance Collective LLC is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. When a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality. For these reasons, Evolution Dance Collective LLC has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
2. FULL PAYMENT
Registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be made electronically or in person. We do not reserve your requested date without payment.
3. CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, or in person. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and the customer is responsible for paying for said service or services. 4. PROVIDER CANCELLATION
If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled booking date(s), we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.
5. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests made more than 30 calendar days prior to booking date will be eligible for a refund and will be subject to an administration fee of 3% of the total service price.
